The Rise and Shine protein smoothie is your perfect wake me up or cool me down, made with our deliciously creamy coconut frozen yoghurt and juicy aussie mangoes.
2 Scoops of Twisted Creamy Coconut Froyo
125g of frozen pineapple
125g of frozen mango
35g of desiccated coconut
250ml of Coconut Water
35g of Whey Protein
Whip the ingredients up in a blender and serve. Top with nuts and desiccated coconut to add extra flavour.
